Every guest looks forward to a clean room , which the PS service staff have prepared for them. This includes cleaning the sleeping and lounge areas , making and adjusting the beds , exchanging linen and towels , and ventilating the rooms . We tidy up and clean the sanitary facility ,  sort the rubbish, vacuum the carpet and straighten the curtains . They pass on technical defects to the caretaker for repairs.
